The practice of clinical psychology in Illinois is |

declared to affect the the public health, safety and |
| 10 | | welfare, and to be subject
to regulations in the public |
| 11 | | interest to protect the public from
persons who are |
| 12 | | unauthorized or unqualified to represent themselves as
|
| 13 | | clinical psychologists or as being able to render clinical |
| 14 | | psychological
services as herein defined, and from |
| 15 | | unprofessional
conduct by persons licensed to practice |
| 16 | | clinical psychology. This Act
shall be known and may be cited |
