| 4 | | Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 4.33 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 4.33. Acts repealed on January 1,
2023 and December |

| 9 | | (a) The following Acts are
repealed on January 1, 2023: |
