| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1659 on page 1, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:

| 5 | | allowed to a taxpayer with respect to each qualified |
| 6 | | ex-offender may not exceed $1,500 $600 for all taxable years. |
