| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1634 as follows:

| 3 | on page 2, below line 6, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(d) If a municipality has an automated traffic law | ||||||
| 5 | enforcement system as provided in Section 11-208.6 of this | ||||||
| 6 | Code, the municipality shall use funds generated by that | ||||||
| 7 | automated traffic law enforcement system to pay for the | ||||||
| 8 | implementation of this Section.".
