| 3 | | on page 1, line 8, by inserting "for any corporate purpose" |
| 4 | | immediately after "money"; and

| 5 | | on page 1, by replacing line 11 with "board chairman or county |
| 6 | | executive,"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 1, line 12, by deleting "President," and;
|
| 8 | | on page 2, lines 3 through 6, by deleting "This Section shall |
| 9 | | not be construed to grant any additional authority to a county |
| 10 | | to borrow money or to remove any referendum approval required |
| 11 | | of a county to borrow money.".
