| 6 | | credit, or forgive an assessment from the date of death of any |
| 7 | | life insured under a certificate so long as the plan to forgive |
| 8 | | or repay the assessment is certified by an independent actuary |
| 9 | | and filed with the Director to make reasonable and adequate |
| 10 | | provision for the forgiveness or repayment of the assessment to |
| 11 | | all assessed society members as a result of the death.".
