| 4 | | 2, on page 297, by replacing lines 3 through 9 with the |

| 6 | | "(105) if the ordinance was adopted on May 17, 2000, as |
| 7 | | subsequently amended, by the City of Chicago to create the |
| 8 | | Midwest Redevelopment TIF District; or |
| 9 | | (106) if the ordinance was adopted on September 13, |
| 10 | | 1989, as subsequently amended, by the City of Chicago to |
| 11 | | create the Michigan/Cermak Area TIF District."; and
|
| 12 | | on page 335, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following: |
| 13 | | "improvements to existing facilities; and (iii) hotel land |
| 14 | | acquisition and construction and related necessary capital |
| 15 | | improvements for one multi-use facility and one hotel on".
