| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Barbara Laimins on |
| 4 | | retiring from teaching at Community High School in School |
| 5 | | District 94; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Laimins has served the school district as |
| 7 | | a social studies teacher, a Junior Statesmen of America |
| 8 | | sponsor, student council advisor, National Honor Society |
| 9 | | Sponsor, class sponsor, and the founder of the Equestrian Club; |
| 10 | | she co-created the World Studies Program and the Abnormal |
| 11 | | Psychology curriculum; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Laimins served as the president of the |
| 13 | | West Chicago Teacher's Association and has been an active |
| 14 | | fundraiser for District 94's Education Foundation; therefore, |
| 15 | | be it
|
| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 | | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 18 | | we congratulate Barbara Laimins on her retirement from teaching |
| 19 | | at Community High School, thank her for her contributions to |
| 20 | | the students of School District 94, and wish her all the best |
| 21 | | with her future endeavours; and be it further
