AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5537 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5537 as follows:
 
3on page 18, line 19, after "due;", by inserting "a failure to 
4abide by competitive bidding laws; a failure to
prevent an 
5audit finding of material internal control weaknesses;
a 
6failure to comply with required accounting principles;"; and


 
7on page 19, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:
8    "obligations; a failure to provide minimum graduation 
9    requirements and curricular
requirements of the School 
10    Code and regulations; a failure to provide a minimum school 
11    term as required by law; or a failure to adopt and"; and
 
12on page 19, line 15, after "limitation,", by inserting "a
