| 9 | | graduates for the purpose of administering the Program. J-1 |

Program application fees shall be deposited into |

Rural/Downstate Health Access Fund, shall be dedicated to |
| 12 | | the
administration of the J-1 Visa Waiver Program in Illinois,
|
| 13 | | and are not subject to the distribution formula referenced
in |
| 14 | | subsection (a) of this Section.".
