Amends the Educator Licensure Article of the School Code. Requires a school board to report to the State Board of Education's Educator's Certification Division, or its successor division, any instance of disciplinary action taken against a licensed employee.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 21B-73 as follows:
