| 6 | | on page 1, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following: |
| 7 | | "(1) brings a minor under 17 years of age who is in his |
| 8 | | or her care, custody, or control to the scene of a |
| 9 | | felonious act; or |
| 10 | | (2) allows a minor under 17 years of age who is in his |
| 11 | | or her care, custody, or control to remain at the scene of |
| 12 | | a felonious act; and |
| 13 | | (3) exposes the minor to a felonious act.".
