| 4 | | "Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 10 of the 98th |
| 5 | | General Assembly becomes law, then "An Act concerning civil |
| 6 | | law" (Senate Bill 10 of the 98th General Assembly) is amended |
| 7 | | by adding Section 999 as follows:

| 9 | | Sec. 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect on the |
| 10 | | effective date of House Bill 2747 of the 98th General Assembly. |
