| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2591 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 10 the following: |
| 4 | | ""State agency" means and includes all boards, |
| 5 | | commissions, agencies, institutions, authorities, and bodies |
| 6 | | politic and corporate of the State, created by or in accordance |
| 7 | | with the Illinois Constitution or State statute, of the |
| 8 | | executive branch of State government and does include colleges, |
| 9 | | universities,
public employee retirement systems, and |
| 10 | | institutions under the jurisdiction of the governing boards of |
| 11 | | the University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, |
| 12 | | Illinois State University, Eastern Illinois University, |
| 13 | | Northern Illinois University, Western Illinois University, |
| 14 | | Chicago State University, Governors State University, |
| 15 | | Northeastern Illinois University, and the Illinois Board of |
| 16 | | Higher Education.".
