| 7 | | Sec. 31.2. Automated external defibrillators. Organization |
| 8 | | licensees shall make available no less than 2 automated |
| 9 | | external defibrillators (AEDs) that are operational and |
| 10 | | accessible when backstretch workers are present at their racing |
| 11 | | facilities. At least one AED shall be placed in the paddock of |
| 12 | | their racing facilities. At least one AED shall be placed on |
| 13 | | the backstretch of their racing facilities.".
