2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1288 as follows:


 
3on page 16, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:  
4"Regulations.  The State Board of Education,"; and
 
5on page 16, by replacing lines 10 through 16 with the 
6following:
7"within the time prescribed by the State Board of Education 
8following receipt of the complaint.  A copy of the response and 
9all documentation submitted by the respondent to the State 
10Board of Education must be simultaneously provided by the 
11respondent to the complainant or to the attorney for the
