AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1155 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1155, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
427 as follows:
 
5on page 18, line 12, by deleting "knowingly"; and
 
6on page 20, by inserting below line 14 the following:
 
7        "(17) Any property (including, but not limited to, any 
8    street, driveway, or parking lot), building, or facility 
9    owned, leased, controlled, or used by a nuclear energy, 
10    storage, weapons, or development site or facility 
11    regulated by the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission."; 
12    and
 
13on page 22, line 9, by replacing "Any" with "Except as 
14otherwise provided in subsection (d-1) of this Section, any";

2on page 23, by inserting below line 1 the following:
 
3    "(d-1) Any person licensed under this Act who is prohibited 
4from carrying a concealed firearm into or onto any property, 
5building, or facility owned, leased, controlled, or used by a 
6nuclear energy, storage, weapons, or development site or 
7facility regulated by the federal Nuclear Regulatory 
8Commission is not permitted, under any circumstances, to store 
9the firearm or ammunition in his or her vehicle or in a 
10compartment or container within or securely affixed to the 
11outside of the vehicle while the vehicle is located anywhere in 
12or on such property, building, or facility.".
