| 3 | | 12, by replacing "Department of State Police" with "Illinois |
| 4 | | Criminal Justice Information Authority"; and

| 5 | | on page 2, line 2, by replacing "Department of State Police" |
| 6 | | with "Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 24 the |
| 8 | | following: |
| 9 | | "(e) Before the Illinois Criminal Justice Information |
| 10 | | Authority distributes moneys from the Gang Crime Witness |
| 11 | | Protection Program Fund as provided in this Section, it |
| 12 | | shall retain 2% of those moneys for administrative |
| 13 | | purposes."; and
|
| 14 | | on page 3, line 5, by replacing "Department of State Police" |
| 15 | | with "Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority".
