| 3 | | by replacing page 28, lines 10 through 25 and page 29, line 1 |

| 5 | | "Section 95. Counties and municipalities may enact greater |
| 6 | | restrictions than the State. |
| 7 | | (a) Any county or municipality, both home rule and non-home |
| 8 | | rule, may enact an ordinance or resolution that imposes greater |
| 9 | | restrictions or limitations including, but not limited to, the |
| 10 | | regulation, licensing, registration, reporting, |
| 11 | | transportation, ownership, training, acquisition, possession, |
| 12 | | and transfer of firearms or firearm ammunition than those which |
| 13 | | are imposed by this Act. |
| 14 | | (b) The provisions of any ordinance or resolution enacted |
| 15 | | by any municipality or county that imposes greater restrictions |
