| 6 | | ""Sexual penetration" means any contact, however slight, |
| 7 | | between the sex organ or anus of one person and an object, any |
| 8 | | part of the body when the victim is under 13 years of age, or |
| 9 | | the sex organ, mouth, or anus of another person, or any |
| 10 | | intrusion, however slight, of any part of the body of one |
| 11 | | person or of any animal or object into the sex organ or anus of |
| 12 | | another person, including, but not limited to, cunnilingus, |
| 13 | | fellatio, or anal penetration. Evidence of emission of semen is |
| 14 | | not required to prove sexual penetration.".
