| 8 | | Act, that is required to participate in this procurement |
| 9 | | program, as well as any other entity that may voluntarily |
| 10 | | participate"; and

| 11 | | on page 3, by replacing line 17 through 19 with the following: |
| 12 | | ""Public utility" means all regulated gas, electric, and |
| 13 | | water companies with at least 100,000 customers and local |
| 14 | | exchange telecommunications carriers with at least 35,000 |
