| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 67, AS AMENDED, with |
| 3 | | reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on |
| 4 | | page 18, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:

| 5 | | "levied taxes."; and

| 6 | | on page 18, line 26, after the period, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following: |
| 8 | | "Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a lien created |
| 9 | | by such recording shall not be senior to or in any manner have |
| 10 | | priority over any mortgage, judgment, or other lien upon the |
| 11 | | underlying parcel that was recorded prior to the recording of |
| 12 | | the contract or agreement identified in subsection (b).".
