<reference>20 ILCS 2105/2105-15</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>325 ILCS 5/4</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to give continuing education credit for mandated reporter training to any person who holds a professional license issued by the Department and who is required under the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act to complete mandated reporter training by a provider or agency with expertise in recognizing and reporting child abuse. Grants the Department rulemaking authority to implement this provision. Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Provides that within one year of initial employment and at least every 5 years thereafter, any person who is employed in a profession or occupation licensed by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and who is required to report child abuse as provided under the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act must complete mandated reporter training by a provider or agency with expertise in recognizing and reporting child abuse.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
