<reference>20 ILCS 1505/1505-1</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>20 ILCS 1505/1505-1</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>15 ILCS 20/50-35 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, within 30 days of its enactment into law, the Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall publish to its website the budget of the State of Illinois for the coming fiscal year in its entirety in specified formats. Requires the Office, with the publication of each proposed State budget, to also post a list of each sweep or administrative charge-back that will be required to implement that budget and that will result in the transfer of moneys from a special fund in the State treasury to any other fund in the State treasury.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
