<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-208</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-208</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that in addition to the offenses of reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence, any felony violation of the laws of any state or the federal government involving the use of a vehicle that results in the death of another person shall prevent a person whose license has been revoked from applying for a new license until the expiration of 2 years from the effective date of the revocation or the expiration of 24 months from the date of release from a period of imprisonment, whichever is later. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
