Imposes disclosure requirements and price limits on the resale of tickets. Provides that a ticket broker or reseller must disclose the identity and contact information for the event venue box office and disclose that the ticket broker or reseller is not the event venue box office. Requires the disclosure to be clear, conspicuous, and readily noticeable. Limits resale price to 3 times the original ticket price offered by the venue box office.
