Provides that a county board shall name (currently, may name) any street, lane, road or highway, and shall regulate (currently, may regulate) the numbering of buildings and lots adjacent to any street, lane, road or highway. Provides that no change in name or numbering shall be effective until 30 days after the following entities having jurisdiction over the area are notified: (1) election authorities; (2) post office branch; and (3) 9-1-1 system.
