<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>110 ILCS 205/2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>105 ILCS 5/19-3.15 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. Provides that, notwithstanding the requirements of any other applicable law and without further referendum approval, Chaney-Monge School District 88 is authorized to issue bonds in not to exceed the amount of $3,000,000 to provide for the improvement, alteration, and repair of schoolhouses and to fund the local share as required for a Capital Development Board school construction grant to fund school additions and associated construction and equipment with respect to which a referendum was passed on March 18, 2014. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
