<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>35 ILCS 200/18-199 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the City of Braidwood Tax Levy Validation (2013) Act. Validates levy ordinances and tax extensions to the extent they do not exceed the maximum amount authorized under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law if the taxing district had taken into account the tax increment value from the expiration of City of Braidwood TIF Number 1. Amends the Property Tax Code to make the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law subject to the City of Braidwood Tax Levy Validation (2013) Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
