Synopsis As Introduced
Abolishes certain entities, effective immediately. Proposes to abolish and consolidate other entities under Article V, Section 11 of the Illinois Constitution, effective 60 calendar days from delivery of the Executive Order to both houses of the General Assembly, if neither house of the General Assembly disapproves of the part of the Executive Order abolishing and consolidating those other entities. Clarifies and confirms that certain entities have been abolished, effective immediately.
