| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Dr. James Martin Brophy III of Waukegan, |
| 4 | | who passed away on November 14, 2012; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Brophy III graduated from Loyola Dental |
| 6 | | School in 1973; he practiced dentistry in Waukegan for over 40 |
| 7 | | years; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, James Brophy III was a lifetime member of the |
| 9 | | Waukegan Elks and Fox Lake Lions Club; he was also a member of |
| 10 | | St. Bede's Knights of Columbus and a fellow of Pierre Fauchard |
| 11 | | Academy; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, James Brophy III is survived by his wife, Judi; |
| 13 | | his former wife, Shirley; his children, Anne, Jim IV (Shannon), |
| 14 | | Karin (Phil Lenhart), Susan (Ted Cauwels), and Juliet; and his |
| 15 | | 11 grandchildren; therefore, be it

| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 17 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 18 | | his family and friends, the passing of Dr. James Martin Brophy |
| 19 | | III; and be it further
