| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

James J. Mahoney; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, James Mahoney was the beloved husband of the late |
| 5 | | Earline, nee Watrous; the loving father of Margaret Mahoney, |
| 6 | | Colleen (Thomas) Sima, James J. (Patti), Ann Hull, Nancy (Fred) |
| 7 | | Timmereck, Jean (John) Staunton, and the late Timothy; the |
| 8 | | proud grandfather of 13; the great-grandfather of 2; and the |
| 9 | | dear brother of Joanne (the late Lawrence) Schwabe, Patrick |
| 10 | | (Sharon) Mahoney, and Mary Ellen (Gerald) Graf; therefore, be |
| 11 | | it

| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 14 | | his family and friends, the passing of James J. Mahoney; and be |

| 16 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 | | presented to the family of James Mahoney as an expression of |
