| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of
United States Air Force Airman Zachary |
| 4 | | Ryan Cuddeback; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Airman Zachary Cuddeback was born at Scott Air |
| 6 | | Force Base; he later moved to Virginia; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Airman Zachary Cuddeback joined the United States |
| 8 | | Air Force in 2009; he served in the 86th Vehicle Readiness |
| 9 | | Squadron at the time of his passing; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Airman Zachary Cuddeback played hockey at Old |
| 11 | | Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where he was a member |
| 12 | | of the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Airman Zachary Cuddeback is survived by his |
| 14 | | mother, Celia Loyet; his father, Bob Cuddeback; his brother, |
| 15 | | Tim Cuddeback; his grandmother, Lois Loyet; and his two |
| 16 | | fraternal grandparents; therefore, be it
|
| 17 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 18 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 19 | | his family and friends, the passing of United States Air Force |
| 20 | | Airman Zachary Ryan Cuddeback; and be it further
