| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 1 as follows:

| 5 | | by replacing line 22 on page 132 through line 14 on page 133 |
| 6 | | with the following: |
| 7 | | "Upon application, the Board may issue a license to the |
| 8 | | Illinois State Fairgrounds Racetrack Authority authorizing the |
| 9 | | pari-mutuel system of wagering on live harness races, |
| 10 | | inter-track wagering, and simulcast wagering through a racing |
| 11 | | contractor, as that term is defined in the Illinois State |
| 12 | | Fairgrounds Racetrack Authority Act, at the Illinois State |
| 13 | | Fairgrounds in Sangamon County. Live harness races conducted in |
| 14 | | Sangamon County shall conclude before 7:00 P.M. each racing |
| 15 | | day. Revenues received by the Board from this license shall be |
| 16 | | deposited into the Horse Racing Fund."; and

| 1 | | on page 148, line 17, after "year.", by inserting "Standardbred |
| 2 | | racing conducted in Sangamon County shall not be considered |

| 4 | | on page 162, lines 3 and 5, by replacing "licensee" each time |
| 5 | | it appears with "licensee, other than the Illinois State |
| 6 | | Fairgrounds Racetrack Authority,"; and

| 7 | | on page 169, line 4, after "Advisory Board.", by inserting |
| 8 | | "This subparagraph (B) shall no longer apply when electronic |
| 9 | | gaming begins at the Illinois State Fairgrounds."; and

| 10 | | on page 176, line 10, immediately after "facility", by |
| 11 | | inserting ", other than the Illinois State Fairgrounds |
| 12 | | Racetrack Authority,".

| 13 | | on page 250, line 4, after "horses", by inserting "outside of |
| 14 | | Sangamon County"; and
|
| 15 | | on page 250, immediately below line 12, by inserting the |
| 16 | | following: |
| 17 | | "(d-5) Annually, from the purse account of an organization |
| 18 | | licensee racing at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, an amount |
| 19 | | equal to 14.33% shall be transferred to the thoroughbred purse |
| 20 | | accounts of each of the following: Arlington Park Racetrack, |
| 21 | | Hawthorne Racecourse, and Fairmount Park Racetrack. Beginning |
