Amends the Gasoline Storage Act. Provides that if an empty tank inspection is requested or required, then a business engaged in the underground storage of gasoline has 90 days after notice of the inspection to use the stored gasoline. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 8 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (430 ILCS 15/8 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 8. Underground tanks; use of gasoline. If an empty |
| 8 | | tank inspection is requested or required, then a business |
| 9 | | engaged in the underground storage of gasoline has 90 days |
| 10 | | after notice of the inspection to use the stored gasoline.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
