| 8 | | stormwater management committee may also offer tax rebates or |
| 9 | | incentive payments to property owners who construct, maintain, |
| 10 | | and use approved green infrastructure stormwater management |
| 11 | | devices."; and
|
| 12 | | on page 8, line 9, after "1986", by inserting "and before |
| 13 | | December 31, 1987"; and
