| 13 | | Fund; creation. The Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury and |
| 14 | | Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Public Service Announcement |
| 15 | | Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. The |
| 16 | | Department of Veterans' Affairs may collect gifts, donations, |
| 17 | | and charitable contributions from any private individual or |
| 18 | | entity for the purpose of providing public service |
| 19 | | announcements to inform veterans of the services and benefits |
| 20 | | of State and federal laws, including but not limited to the |
| 21 | | services and benefits available to veterans suffering from |
| 22 | | traumatic brain injuries or post-traumatic stress disorder. |
