<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>35 ILCS 10/5-15</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act. Provides that, for all Agreements entered into on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, and all modifications to or restructuring of Agreements occurring on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the total amount of the Credit used by any Taxpayer shall not exceed $500,000 for any taxable year, including any amount carried forward from a prior taxable year. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
