Provides that in addition to the appropriate registration fees, an applicant for the special plate shall be charged a fee of $15 at original issuance and $2 at renewal, which shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the provisions of the original bill, with the following changes: (1) Amends the State Finance Act to create the National Wild Turkey Federation Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury; (2) provides that in addition to the appropriate registration fees, an applicant for the special plate shall be charged a fee of $40 (instead of $15) at original issuance and $27 (instead of $2) at renewal; and (3) provides that $25 of the additional fees collected at original issuance and renewal shall be deposited into the National Wild Turkey Federation Fund, to be used for specified purposes. 10/12/2011SenateFiled with Secretary by Sen.
