Provides that the Department of Human Services shall require its EBT contractors to prevent EBT access to cash assistance under the Code at automated teller machines on the premises of any riverboat gambling facility located in Illinois or outside Illinois, on the premises of any land-based casino located in Illinois or outside Illinois, on the premises of any pari-mutuel wagering facility licensed in Illinois or outside Illinois, or on any cruise ship located in Illinois or outside Illinois. Requires the Department to take appropriate steps to notify recipients of the prohibition.
