<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>305 ILCS 5/12-4.43 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall require its EBT contractors to prevent EBT access to cash assistance under the Code at automated teller machines on the premises of any riverboat gambling facility located in Illinois or outside Illinois, on the premises of any land-based casino located in Illinois or outside Illinois, on the premises of any pari-mutuel wagering facility licensed in Illinois or outside Illinois, or on any cruise ship located in Illinois or outside Illinois. Requires the Department to take appropriate steps to notify recipients of the prohibition. Requires the Department to make recommendations regarding any additional premises to prevent EBT access to cash assistance under this Code at automated teller machines and to report its recommendations to the General Assembly within a specified time period.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
