<reference>70 ILCS 2405/7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 42, par. 306</aliasreference><reference>70 ILCS 2405/35 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Sanitary District Act of 1917. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, the board of trustees of a sanitary district may not impose or collect a tax on property located within the sanitary district that does not directly receive services from the sanitary district. Defines "services" as including sewage disposal for and water delivery to individual residences located within the sanitary district. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
