Provides that if a service member applies for an occupational or professional license or certification and has acquired education, training, or experience while serving in the military that is substantially similar to the education, training, or experience required to receive the license or certification, then the director of the department that issues the license or certification shall accept the education, training, or experience toward that service member's licensure or certification.
