<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>30 ILCS 105/5.811 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>510 ILCS 5/15.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Animal Control Act. Provides that, subject to appropriation, the Department of Agriculture must establish and maintain a dangerous and vicious dog registry. Requires owners of dogs that have been deemed dangerous or vicious to register those animals with their county animal control. Requires county animal control to forward registration information to the Department for posting on the dangerous and vicious dog registry. Requires owners of dangerous and vicious dogs to submit renewal applications each year and to update their registration information when necessary. Establishes registration and renewal fees, which must be deposited into the Dangerous and Vicious Dog Registry Fund for use by the Department to establish the registry. Amends the State Finance Act to create the Dangerous and Vicious Dog Registry Fund. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
