Provides that for any academic year in which the cost of tuition is increased from the previous academic year by any percentage, the base salary of the president and vice-president of the university and other principal administrators employed by the university shall be reduced by the same percentage as the tuition increase. Provides that with respect to an employment contract in effect on the effective date of the amendatory Act, the Board of Trustees shall amend the employment contract to comply with the provisions of the amendatory Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
