Provides that the Secretary of State shall issue temporary ambulance registration plates for use by a government operated ambulance service. Provides that a temporary license registration may not be used unless the government entity has no other active ambulance vehicles to provide ambulance service. Provides that a temporary ambulance license registration shall be valid for a maximum of 15 days. Provides that temporary ambulance plates shall be issued to an ambulance service upon request, and shall be registered in the event that the temporary license registration becomes necessary. Provides that a temporary license registration may not be used more than once; after use, the ambulance service must request a new temporary plate from the Secretary.
