<reference>55 ILCS 5/5-1134 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>65 ILCS 5/11-1-12 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 805/8.35 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a county or municipality, as applicable, shall establish a program that allows individuals to turn in any unwanted firearms by calling the local police department to set up a time to turn the firearm in at the police station. Limits the concurrent exercise of home rule powers. Amends the State Mandates Act. Requires implementation without reimbursement.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
