<reference>20 ILCS 2505/2505-735 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>605 ILCS 5/4-101.13</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 121, par. 4-101.13</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Revenue to assist the Department of Transportation in developing and maintaining a list and map of all refueling stations that provide E85 blended fuel or biodiesel fuel. Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that, beginning July 1, 2011 and through June 30, 2016, the Department of Transportation must include the locations of all refueling stations that provide E85 blended fuel or biodiesel fuel on maps published by the Department. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department, in consultation with certain other agencies, shall provide a listing of alternative fuel dispensing locations in the State to the Department of Transportation in a manner and format prescribed by the Department of Transportation and shall update the listing biannually. Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that Department of Transportation shall determine the content of all of its maps and shall be permitted to provide on its official website additional information that is made available to it regarding dispensing locations that provide E85 blended fuel or biodiesel fuel. Provides that the Department shall update its website at least biannually so long as it receives timely updates from the Department of Revenue on alternative fueling dispensing locations in the State.
