<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Synthetic Drug Manipulation Emergency Board Act. Provides that the Governor shall appoint the members of the Synthetic Drug Manipulation Emergency Board. Requires that the Board study state laws that ban synthetic drugs, including, but not limited to, K2. Provides that the Board must prepare and submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly by January 1, 2012 and each January 1 thereafter, recommending specific synthetic drugs that are likely to endanger the public and the best method for banning those synthetic drugs. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
