<reference>225 ILCS 10/4.1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 23, par. 2214.1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that if an employee has authorized a criminal background investigation, but the investigation has not been completed, then the employee may work directly with the children if another employee who has completed a criminal background investigation is present at all times. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
