Sets forth the boundaries of the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone. Provides that moneys in the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone Fund shall be used to fund eligible projects within the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone. Sets forth limits on expenditures from the South Suburban Intermodal Redevelopment Zone Fund. Contains other provisions.
